Homemade Lemon Curd

So today I made lemon curd for the first time. A recipe from Delia Smith. Wow it is amazing. Apparently you can’t but it in France. One of our guests told us. They love it and it was really easy to make. I will be making another batch tomorrow as our guests enjoy it too much .
